Check-in time: 2pm Check-out time: 11am Extension of stay or early check-in/ late check-out is subject to room availability and corresponding charges.

· Please advise us of booking cancellation/s 14 DAYS (or earlier) before the date of the room reservation, for a full refund.

· Advise of a booking cancellation 7 to 13 DAYS before the date of the room reservation will allow for a 50% refund only.

· No refund shall be given to those who advise of a booking cancellation 6 DAYS (or less) before the date of the room reservation.

The entrance to the Alon & Sandy Surf Shack is through a small pedestrian road along the Barangay Urbiztondo stretch of MacArthur highway. The entry way is right beside NakNak's Eatery and across from the parking area of Monaliza Surf Resort. The entry way is best located by following the pin below.

Once on the entry way, do follow the pedestrian road up 3 flights of steps to our home overlooking the Urbiztondo Beach. Straight up first flight of stairs (Dead end)

Turn Right to second set of stairs Take the first left to the final set of stairs You'll find The Alon & Sandy Surf Shack through the wooden doors at the end.

Alon & Sandy Surf Shack's design is similar to a treehouse, with different levels. The property is perched on a hill with overlooking views of Urbiztondo beach. Consequently this does involve going up a few flights of paved steps to get there. For your ease and comfort, do pack on the lighter side (Backpacks are best). Please note that unfortunately the Surf Shack may not be suited to our dear friends who are physically challenged / senior citizens / very young children - Alternatively we do recommend our other property Kabukiran Villa, which has a room on the first floor that may be the more convenient and comfortable access option.

The Alon & Sandy Surf Shack is not a roadside establishment. Pay parking is available closest to us at Monaliza Surf at the rate of Php 250 for 24 hours. Monaliza Surf is across the street from our compound entry way. See Map>

We love all furry friends but unfortunately the only pet allowed within the establishment is Cooper our host pup - He is so excited to welcome you!

We do not allow cooking, however do feel free to bring packed cooked food and snacks.

Please be reminded of the following House Rules & Policies: 1. Let's keep our home clean. Let's leave the common areas and rooms tidy after use. Please be reminded that footwear is not allowed inside the guest rooms. 2. None in-house guests are not permitted to idle around the premises.

3. To allow a peaceful rest for all guests, please be reminded that 10pm is our quiet time. Please follow noise moderation at this hour onwards.

4. As part of our environmental conservation initiative, bed linens are changed every 2 days. While bath linens are changed every other day. 5. Strictly no cigarette smoking or vaping in guest rooms and common areas. Please only do so in our designated smoking/vaping areas. Cleaning fees strictly enforced. 6. Contraband substances are prohibited in the premises. 7. One towel per guest, lost towel feee is Php 500. 8. Damage to property is charged per item. This includes but is not limited to damage on bed & bath linens, curtains, walls, fixtures, and appliances.
